You only need a standard drivers license.

if a motorhome has a mechanical problem while I'm renting
it?

there a minimum age for drivers?
Yes.
All drivers must be at least 25 years old.

Do
I have to have buy additional insurance?
Check with your personal agent to verify if your policy will transfer over.
If so, no additional insurance is needed. If not, a Loss/Damage waiver can be
purchased for $20 per day.

How
early can I pick up my rental, and when does it need
to be back?
Pick-Up can be scheduled as early as 9 AM. If you require the unit the night prior to your first rental day contact us for special arrangements. You must return the
motorhome by 11:00 AM the day after your last rental day.

Can
I bring my pets with me?
In general our motorhomes are maintained pet-free. On occasion we have units in our fleet that our pet friendly. Call for availability and details.

Do
you allow smoking in the motorhomes?
No.
All of our units are strictly nonsmoking.

What
do I need to bring, and what is already provided?
All
units will have fresh linens, pillows, and comforter
sets on the rear queen beds. Any additional linens, you
will need to provide. A coffee pot, microwave, stove,
refrigerator, and freezer all come standard in each motorhome.
However, you will need to bring with you all food, cooking
supplies, dishes, and eating utensils that you plan on
using. In addition, paper for lavatory use will be provided,
as well as all hoses and connectors for outside hookup's.

Will
the TV's work while driving?
Yes.
Most of the units have TV's that will work while in transit.
Some units also have satellite systems, DVD's, and VCR's
that also work while the motorhome is moving.

Is
the motorhome self-contained?
Yes.
All of our units are 100% self-contained. Our motorhomes
have onboard generators for power, complete kitchens,
and fully-functional restrooms.

How
do I find campgrounds with RV hookup's?
There
are many great campgrounds across Texas and the United
States with RV hookup's. For help locating the right
one for your trip, visit the Family Vacations page of our website with links to several campground
directories and travel-related websites that will be
a great place to start your search.

Where
can I service my holding tank?
Most
campgrounds and truck stops have waste disposal facilities
to drain both your black and gray tanks. Also, there
is no charge for returning your motorhome to HALL MOTORHOME
RENTAL with a full holding tank.
